History
of the SiR Clan
The SiR(Soliders in Rage) clan roots come from RoH(Realm
of HaDeS). SiR was first thought of in September of 1999.
Damage Inc came up with the name to replace the RoH name
when HaDeS left RoH. The "RoH" clan used this
name for about a month. At the end of September, Damage
Inc and a few others took the SiR name to form a new clan.
Kalypse brought back the RoH name and continued on with
the RoH clan. RoH and SiR had one clan match with SiR
coming out on top. This match was surrounded with
controversy though. Later on SiR went inactive and some
of its members join RoH. Damage Inc, Aftermath and
Scorpion all joined.
All was not well in RoH by this time though. The clan was
not what it used to be. I, as well as others were
discontent with the direction and leadership of the clan.
This would lead to many members leaving RoH. This also
lead to the return of the SiR clan.
The SiR clan was reborn again when Damage Inc left the
SiR clan in Febuary of 2000. I, feeling unneeded in RoH
anymore also left RoH and joined SiR. Punisher joined
shortly after this. Together all 3 of us played a lot of
Rogue Spear. Damage Inc and Kalypse(me) played some
Unreal Tournament and we stayed away from Turok 2 for a
few months. Then in April, I started playing Turok 2
again and Damage Inc started playing again also. We
practiced to regain our skills in Turok 2. In June, we
added another member. Migraine, a friend of Punisher,
joined SiR. We played Rogue Spear together and things
were looking good. But a week after this Punisher and
Migraine were kicked out of the SiR clan. The clan was
back to 2 members again. We continued to play Turok 2 and
at the end of June, HaDeS joined SiR. About a week after
this, Vertigo joined the SiR clan. This reunited 4 of the
RoH members from the old RoH clan. SiR continued to play
Turok 2 for the next month without much happening. At the
end of August Animal joined SiR. He is another veteran of
Turok 2. Buzzard joined SiR in the beginning of September
to make SiR stronger also. Buzzard started hosting a
server for the SiR clan in Turok 2. In the middle of
September, Animal left the SiR clan and Spawn joined. In
the Begining of October, Mandy join SiR and the clan
activity in general increased. Shortly after this, Animal
was let back into SiR. There was a tournament held in
October for SiR. Buzzard won this double elimination
tournament. Chaos joined SiR in November. A few days
before Christmas, the legendary Killer Z joined the SiR
clan. The SiR clan now contains perhaps the most lethal
combination of players for Turok 2 ever. Such a
comination of veteran Turok 2 talent had never been put
together before. At the end of December, Mandy and Chaos
left SiR. Mandy went on to join the VTO clan. This brings
things up to current times. We are now attempting to move
the clan into Halflife-Counterstrike. This will be a new
focus for the clan since previous to this we were mostly
based in Turok 2.
