Cheaters

Allright my first article is about CHEATERS. Propably everyone has encountered them once or twice. Personally there's nothing more annoying than playing a friendly game with some friends and then some fake nick comes in with 5000 health and is reluctant to leave.
I've recently come in contact with the trainer that i believe is most commonly used for cheating in T2.
I tried it with a friend in a private server and it was quite a laugh to see him blasting 50 nukes in 1 minute. However after that 5 minute laugh the fun was pretty much over and its time for some real arena action.
So why do cheaters still exist? Why oh why are there people who go out there everyday using all kinds of health patches or whatever else they can find? It's really beyond me. However i think that the cheating craze is somewhat over now. Of course there will always be the lamers out there who think its funny to go into a game and ruin the fun for everyone else.
I believe this cheating craze has done Turok2 a lot of damage. Now whenever someone receives a half hit from a plasma rifle or simply a lag hit that he didnt feel at all and wasnt even aware of, people immedietly shout: CHEATER!! This is not a good thing.
Because of these cheaters i know people who find Turok2 a far less enjoyable experience than before (i know i do:). But hey what's done is done and now we're all going to have to cope with it.
If you've ever considered cheating and going into a server to mess things up i urge you not to do it.
If you must use cheats then use those acclaim made for the game. Those are actually fun to use every once in a while. And with those cheats you don't annoy those around you and everyone can play this game with some sense of enjoyment again.
