RoH Consitution

We, the existing and future members of the Realm of HaDeS clan, agree that inorder to unite for a greater cause, we must follow this set of rules and regulations.

Section 1 Leadership Roles

There shall be one Leader. The Leader's role will be running the clan from day to day, coming up with ideas, and executing plans. He shall make all final decisions. He can appoint as many as 2 Co-Leaders and assign as many Generals as games we play. The Leader can also designate power to other clan members as he sees fit. It is the Leaders job that he pick a successor to his position in the chance that he should step down or be removed from his position. The Co-Leaders role will be to come up with new ideas for the clan and to assit the Leader in the day to day running of the clan. The Co-Leader will also help to execute plans. It will be the Leaders and Co-Leaders job to pick Generals for different games. Co-Leaders will still have to get approval from the Leader to appoint Generals. The Generals will operate as the top player for the particular game they play. They will be responsible for recruiting and for clan matches in the game they represent. There will be one General per game we play. A General can setup his own systems for managing his players so long as it complies with this document and is approved by the Leader. The most important role in this clan system is the player. The players only job is to play. They can also give their ideas to their General if they wish to do so. The Leader, 1Co-Leaders, and Generals must remain active at all times. The players may be declared inactive if they leave the game for a specified amount of time.

Section 2 The Rules

RoH rules are very easy to follow. These rules were created with the purpose to provide some order to RoH and to establish that we do not tolerate anyone who wishes to cause problems.
1. Be respectful to each other.
2. Be respectful to other clans and their members.
3. Be respectful to all other players. *-even those who may not deserve it.
These first three rules are to establish that we are respectable people and should be respectful to everyone. RoH has conveyed this idea of being respectful for quite some time. This is a responsibilty of the player to have respect for his opponents.
4. Be patient with "newbies" and help them when possible.
5. So called "Wars of words" are prohibited.
6. Cheating of all sorts is prohibited.
These next three rules are to help prevent fighting. Once again this goes back to being respectful. Fighting solves nothing so there is no point in it.
7. Hacking, distribution of virus or other damaging activities will not be tolerated.
Hacking has been a problem with a few people we have run into and thats why this is here.
8. In order to have a uniform team, all players within the clan must wear the RoH tag. The tag should look like this: (RoH) with parenthesis not brackets. The tag should also be in front of the name.
A uniform team is always feared. If there are 5 guys in server with the same tag, would you mess with them? Having a uniform tag is a sign of organization and is another thing that can show respect.
9. A player must notify the leader that they are leaving if they so choose to do so.
Players must notify that they are choosing to quit. This has been a problem in the past when members will quit and not notify anyone. If you don't tell us, we will still consider you a member.
10. In order for a player to be added to RoH, he must receive approval from one of the current RoH Generals and then approval from the RoH Leader.
This is to make sure that quality players are being added. Every player in the RoH clan must have ICQ. This is our primary means of communication. If someone doesnt have it, then they cannot be admitted to the clan.
11. All rules have their exceptions. If a rule is broken and even though it may seem to be an exception, the infraction will be decide by a majority vote of the clan or a pardon can be given by the RoH Leader.
There are exceptions and they will be examined by the players and the Leader to see if it was an accident or if it was intentional.
12. There is no maximum number of players in RoH at one time.
The maxium number for the whole clan will not be set. There will however be a number set for each game. This number will be set by either the Leader or the Co-Leader.
13. Any rule may be added, ammended, or deleted from the RoH rule list by majority vote.
Clan members may ammend these rules. If a member comes up with a good idea, he takes it to his General, or to the Co-Leaders and they will see if there is potential for it. If there is, then the clan will go to a vote to see if there is support for the rule.
In general these rules are here to keep RoH as a very respected clan. As long as they are followed, players can have more fun without fear of trouble.

Section 3 Violations of the Rules
Generals, the Co-Leaders and Leader are resonsible for watching for violations of the rules. First time violations will result in warnings. Minor offenses will also result in warnings. If someone has repeatedly violated the rules, or has severly violated a rule, then they can be removed from the clan. It is our hope that this situation is rare, but troublemakers will not be tolerated.

Section 4 Removal from Positions or from the Clan

Anyone can be removed from the clan at any time for a violation of the rules or for other destructive actions. The Leader can remove anyone from the clan at any time with reasonable cause to do so. The Leader may demote anyone from any position because they are not doing their job. Co-Leaders and Generals have the duty to watch for any trouble that might arise from someones actions. They are to try to solve the problem themselves. If this does not work, then they report the incident to the Leader and he will either end the problem, or end the membership of the player. The Leader and Co-Leaders are also subject to the same rules as everyone else. A Leader or Co-Leader can be removed from his position with a 90% vote approval. A vote for this cannot even take place unless there is reasonable cause and it has to iniated by a Co-Leader or General.
A player may leave the clan willfully upon notifying his General that he or she is choosing to do so. Without this notification the player will still be considered a member of RoH. In the event that a Leader is removed or the previous Leader steps down from his position, his successor will take the role. If the Leader did not pick a successor, then the Co-Leader will assume the position as Leader. If the Co-Leader doesnt desire to be Leader or if there are more than one Co-Leaders, A vote shall be taken to pick the new Leader.

Section 4 Voting
Voting will be used in some cases but not in all. Voting for adding members to the clan can take place if the Leader deems it nessicary. Voting can be used by Generals for whatever they need to do. It not required that they use voting at all though. Voting can also be used for the removal of players when needed.

Section 5 Games
We will play as many games as the Leader chooses to support. If there is interest in a game and a signifcant number of players that want to play it, then the Leader will pick a General to run that game. The General will then take over and find out who wants to play and make an active list. Active/Inactive lists are to be maintained by the General and reported to the Leader once a month. If there is a game that you want to play, tell the Co-Leader or Leader and we will look into expanding to that game.

Section 5 Ammendments
Consitution is not set in stone. It can be altered upon consent from its members and Leader. A player can take a proposed change or addition to the Co-Leader or Leader. If the Co-Leader deems this ammendment worthy of vote, then he will message everyone in the clan for a vote. If the ammendment passes, it becomes part of this constituion.
